Payment:

PayPal™: You can use PayPal™ to pay even if you do not have an account. At checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal™ site. The right side is for those with an account. The left side is for those of you that wish to pay by credit card. PayPal™ is one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, PayPal™ payments are sent without sharing financial information - your credit card or bank account number. PayPal™ never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants.

Credit Card: This is now for US orders only! Customers are directed to a secure server for payment information. We never save your credit card information. Your information is deleted from our secure server once your payment has been processed. If you choose the layaway option, your information will be saved until your order is paid in full. You will be contacted each time to verify that you still wish to proceed with payment.

Layaway:

Layaway is available on purchases $50 or more. Fill your cart with all the items you would like to purchase. Enter coupon code “layaway”to pay your 25% deposit. The remainder of your total will be charged in 25% increments to the same account every 2 weeks. Your order will be shipped as soon as your order is paid in full. There will be a 10% restocking fee if you decide to cancel your order, the remaining amount be refunded via PayPal™. Please contact us if you would like to pay your order faster.

Returns:

Mama Momo will your money less a 15% restocking fee for unwashed, undamaged products in resalable condition and original manufactured packaging (when applicable). Products must still have the tags on, be unwashed, free of dirt and fragrance...in the same shape you received them in! If you need to return something, please contact us before doing so. Unless we made a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges. Returns must be received back within 30 days of original purchase. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please consider insuring your return and using delivery confirmation. We will send you your refund through PayPal™ as soon as we receive the return in the original condition.

Exchanges:

Mama Momo will exchange unwashed/unused products for similar products without a restocking free as long as no refund is necessary. You are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order. If you need to send something back for exchanging please contact us before doing so. Items must be received back within 30 days of original purchase.

Defective Merchandise:

Manufactured defective products are usually exchanged or repaired by the product manufacturer. You may either contact the manufacturer directly or contact Mama Momo about an exchange or repair. Defective products must be returned in the same condition you received them in. Please let us know if you need us to provide you with a duplicate invoice. Please let us know if they do not resolve the issue.

We, nor our manufacturers, are responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. In most cases, care instructions are shipped with the product, but if you need further guidance on how to properly care for your purchases, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help!

Privacy:

We value your privacy. Your personal information including your email address, street address, phone number and order history will not be sold to any individual or company.
